The Allen Iverson Foundation and Resorts World Las Vegas @resortsworldlv hosted a summer basketball clinic event for Cashman Middle School @cms_hero that left our students energized. 🏀⛹🏻♂️⛹️♀️⛹🏽♀️NBA Legend Allen Iverson @theofficialai3 and special guest coaches were also on site to inspire our student athletes with uplifting and encouraging words of wisdom.
Thank you for your partnership and for hosting an amazing afternoon for our @clarkcountysch students. Today’s event was one for the books! 📚 🥰🫶🏽🎓

Thanks to our partners from the NBA, State Farm, and Heart of America, Kenny C. Guinn STEM Academy received a new STEM lab equipped with new computers, virtual reality headsets, TVs, and more! 👩🏻💻👨💻Today, we celebrated their sponsorship with a dedication ceremony that included over 150 Guinn students, staff, families, and community members and a special visit from NBA Legend Mitch Richmond and New York Knicks Point Guard Miles “Deuce” McBride.🏀🎉🥳🙌🏼
As part of the celebration, Heart of America facilitated STEM activities in the classroom and the NBA hosted a sports clinic. ⛹️♀️⛹️♂️⛹️ It was a fantastic Friday, indeed!

When life threw her a curveball, her school family and the Fox 5 Surprise Squad stepped up in a big way. Huge thanks to @unitednissan and @americafirst for stepping up to support a truly deserving educator.

The CCSD Book Bus rolled up to Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas for the Take 5 to Care Bus Stop, where students picked out two books to fuel their summer reading adventures. Thanks to our amazing partners, we’ve shared over 200,000 books with kids in our community!
